We forget that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. carve out space and time to put down the habit of doing and access the state of being with this experiential monthly offering. the present moment, When we allow ourselves to fully experience it, can be magical, and open doorways to creativity, purpose, and joy.
Join me for this 3rd Thursday monthly class designed to connect you to your self. Each session will involve movement, mindfulness meditation, and reflective writing. Please bring/have a notebook and writing utensil. all levels of yoga practice welcome.
